Just a moment while we sign you in to your Goodreads account. Didn't hear anything so figured I had wrong family. I have Wallace and Jessie being born and in WI per census. I found Charlotte in NY in Census living alone. I assumed Fred wasn't discharged yet. I hadn't heard anything about him dying during the war. I figured he fathered two sons so he did come back after war.

Charlotte is in census living with her parents and her boys. I figure Fred is buried in S. Lawrence Cemetery no headstone, Charlotte is buried there too with no headstone per her death record. I think they are buried near her parents and my grandparents in the family cemetery. Her brothers George and Charlie were in the st together and fought in Atlanta per Charlie's pension record.
I have all three of their pension records. Do you have a photo of Charlotte or any other family photos? I see you have one of Wall and Emma.

Don't quite know. You would probably know. Was working with someone on the Phillips line and she sent it to me. Would you like a copy of the letter Mabel wrote to my cousin telling what she knew about Charlotte and Friend and family? Anyway I am glad you contacted me. I would love to share info, photos and read the story of Wall. Thanks so much for your reply. I'm sorry to say that my father the author of the book in SC died three years ago this month, so that is likely why you got no reply. I published the book for him; it was a promise from him to his grandfather that he's write his story as it was told to him.
My mother and sister still live in Lancaster SC, so I don't know if they got it. Anyway, I would love to have copies of those letters and any information you might have.
